Description

The Caduceus is a symbol used in relationship to medicine and healing and was started way back in history around 1400 BC, when Moses used the bronze serpent erected on the pole to cure people who were bitten by snakes. If your asking why the symbol of healing should have a snake on it, is because a snake sheds its skin indicating the ability to change from one stage to another symbolizing the power to convalesce from an illness. "My Caduceus" painted by artist Sheri Jo Posselt is one of 72 paintings as a card deck called, "The Oracle of Ascendance." The concept and guide book were created by Phil Adamczyk of Amoterra, Wellness for Mind,Body, and Spirit. Phil is also the founder of Amoterra University of Restorative and Healing Arts.
